Redistricting

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has found the redistricting for the Pennsylvania General Assembly unconstitutional, and determined that the existing Pennsylvania House and Senate boundaries will remain unchanged.  Therefore, everyone will continue to be represented by the same House and Senate member as they were during the past term.  Our House Representatives will remain Mike Gerber, Tim Briggs, and Pam DeLissio.  Daylin Leach will continue to represent his existing district.  Petition submission for these offices has been extended for two additional days.  The committeeperson page has been adjusted back to its previous status and you can find your rep there. Congressional redistricting is effective in 2013, but we will all (except for a very small sliver in Gladwyne) be campaigning for our new Congressman Chakah Fattah.

E-Mail Policy

The Democratic Committee of Lower Merion and Narberth is happy to publicize campaign events for our fellow Democrats, especially candidates who are tirelessly making their way toward Election Day.  These e-mails are intended to inform you about events.  They are not intended to endorse any candidate and party endorsements are conducted only in accordance with our by-laws. We welcome notices from all Democratic candidates and will do our best to distribute your request on a timely basis.
