Registered voters may request no excuse mail-in ballots for every election in 2023. The on-line request form is available on-line here: https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/OnlineAbsenteeApplication/#/OnlineAbsenteeBegin
EVEN IF YOU VOTED BY MAIL BEFORE, you must file a new request for 2023. While completing the on-line procedure, you will be asked if you want to vote by mail for all elections in 2023. We recommend that you choose YES and then you just wait for your ballot to arrive a couple of weeks in advance of Election Day.
The primary election is on Tuesday, May 16 and the general election is on Tuesday November 7.
