As in prior years, the DCLMN will host Candidate Forums for Democratic Committee People and elected officials in Lower Merion and Narberth. Please note that the candidate forums will begin at 7:00 p.m. and not 7:30 as previously published. There is also a revision for viewing for Democrats who are not part of the Committee, and who live in Lower Merion and Narberth. They are invited to view the forums on our Facebook page, Lower Merion and Narberth Democratic Forum, where they will be live-streamed on the night of the Forum, and will also reside there for anyone who has joined that group to view at a later date as well.
While in years past we have been pleased to invite all registered Democrats to attend the Forums at Narberth Borough Hall, the current limitations of the pandemic do not make that possible. We want to ensure that registered Democrats who wish to view the Forums are able to. If you are a registered Democrat in Lower Merion or Narberth, you will be able to view the videos in our Facebook group, “Lower Merion and Narberth Democratic Forum,” where they will be live-streamed during the Forums and continue to reside there for later viewing. The Facebook group is private, so if you have not yet joined and wish to view the forums we encourage you to join now. You can join the Facebook group by clicking here, which will bring you to the group page. Then click on the join button on the top of the group page to join the group. Please be sure to answer the membership questions. The group is private and members are vetted to prevent trolls. Since all requests are checked please be sure to join the group in advance of the forum.
