This is our premier fundraising event of the year. The funds we raise go to our GOTV efforts so we can restore good government in Harrisburg and Washington D.C.

Interested in advertising at this event?

All advertisements will be published in a full color, professionally printed booklet, which will be mailed to each attendee. (The booklet will measure 5.5 inches by 8.5 inches.) Each ad will also be shown on a screen periodically during the event (frequency and duration based on ad size), and will be posted on our website after the event. At the higher price levels, advertisers will also receive recognition on a sponsorship slide.

Ads can promote a business or organization, and/or congratulate our Featured Speaker, Honorees, or any person who has committed her or his time to the service of the community. Ad packages are as follows:

  • Titanium $2500: Full-page ad on back cover of booklet and your ad displayed in our slide show during the event. Your name included on a sponsorship slide. Dimensions: 4.75 by 7.75, after taking margins into account.

  • Platinum $1000: Full-page ad inside front cover or inside back cover of booklet and your ad displayed in our slide show during the event. Your name included on a sponsorship slide. Dimensions: 4.25 by 7.75, after taking margins into account.

  • Gold $500: Full-page ad in booklet and your ad displayed in our slide show during the event. Your name included on a sponsorship slide. Dimensions: 4.75 by 7.75, after taking margins into account.

  • Silver $250: One-half page ad in booklet and your ad displayed in our slide show during the event. Dimensions: 4.75 by 3.75, after taking margins into account.

  • Bronze $125: One-quarter page ad in booklet and your ad displayed in our slide show during the event. Dimensions: 2.25 by 3.75, after taking margins into account.


  • Ads can also be purchased and paid for here (preferred)

  • Ad copy or artwork should be emailed to: jshapiro@sed.com

  • Paying by check: Make check payable to Democratic Committee of Lower Merion and Narberth and mail to: DCLMN, c/o Jonathan Shapiro, 414 Penn Rd., Wynnewood, PA 19096 N.B. Corporate checks cannot be accepted. All checks must be personal or from a PAC only.

  • Payment must be received by the Committee before an ad can be placed or created.

  • We prefer ads in a PDF format; however, we will accept any file format convenient for the advertiser.

  • Another option: Send us copy, and we will create an ad for an advertiser.

  • Business cards, pictures, and images are welcome.

  • Deadlines: August 31 to be included in printed program; September 8 for slide show only.
