Mail In Voting Is The Way To Go

With the elimination of many poll locations requiring consolidation of precincts, we continue to encourage all of our voters to exercise the vote-by-mail option. The quickest and easiest way to do this is to apply online at votespa.com. You will need your license number to apply, so grab your driver’s license before you get started. If you prefer to mail in a paper application, you can print one out here for mail in ballots or click here for absentee ballots and mail the completed application quickly to:

Voter Services

P.O.Box 311

Norristown, PA 19404-0311

As a reminder, the new voter registration deadline for the primary is May 18, and applications for absentee and mail-in ballots for the primary must now be received by May 26. If you plan to vote by mail, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Once you have applied for a mail-in or absentee ballot you can check the status of your application by clicking here. Please note that for the primary election once you have applied for a mail-in ballot you are committed to voting by mail. If you change your mind and go to the polls, you will only be able to vote by provisional ballot in the primary election.

As soon as we have any information on poll location changes we will share them via email, on our Facebook page, and on the website.

If you or someone you know applied for a mail-in or absentee ballot and are now at a new address you can request to have a ballot sent to the new address. The form to make that request can be found here. Print the form, fill it out and email it to voters@montcopa.org OR mail it to Voter Services, P.O.Box 311, Norristown, PA 19404-0311.
