Key Election Dates: 2023

  • May 1 — Deadline to register to vote in the primary election.

  • May 9, 5 p.m— Applications for mail-in ballots must be received  by Montgomery County Voter Services.

  • May 16 — Primary election; polls open 7:00AM-8:00PM for in person voting.

  • May 16 — Mail in ballots must be received by the County Election Board by 8 pm on Election Day.

  • October 23 — Deadline to register to vote for general election.

  • October 31, 5 p.m— Applications for mail-in ballots must be received  by Montgomery County Voter Services. 

  • November 7 — Municipal general election; polls open 7:00AM-8:00PM for in person voting.

  • November 7 — Mail in ballots must be received by the County Election Board by 8 pm on Election Day.
